Join us as Bonny makes its Pint of Origin debut as the host of the festival's hometown brewers!

Drop in for a drink to checkout the newest, best and most limited brews Melbourne has to offer, or book in for one of the set events.

As well as a bustling bar, Bonny also offers dining, with the kitchen open all day, where head chef James Cornwall serves up delicious Modern Australian dishes, designed to share and compliment your drinks. 

With all our beer taps dedicated to Melbourne brewers, event highlights for the week include daily brewers shouts in the heated beer garden, happy hour Thursday to Sunday, Wagyu night Tuesday and Wednesday, the Funk Beer & Omekase Dinner on Thursday.

We're also just a short walk from GABS if you're after a pre or post-festival drink!

Funk Beer Omakase

Join the brewers of Black Arts, 3 Ravens, Molly Rose and La Sirène for a delicious four-course dinner matched with the best barrel-aged funk and sour beers Melbourne has to offer!

Menu

  • Pickled Portarlington mussels, black garlic, Woodstock spelt flat bread
  • Sher Wagyu steak tartare, radish, bottarga, wonton tartlets
  • Lofaro Farm Oyster mushrooms, sesame, wild mushroom ketchup
  • Smoked lamb shoulder, almond cream, harissa
  • Organic leaves, wafu dressing

Set dinner includes 4 matched barrel-aged beers introduced from the brewer.

Steak & Stout!

Ticket price, $42 per person, includes Sher Wagyu steak slow roasted over charcoal, with bottomless hand cut fries and salad, plus a 400ml glass of The Mill 'Skeleton Crew' Oyster Stout.

Brewers from The Mill Brewery will be behind the pop up bar in our courtyard with a range of their beers in tinnies, should you wish to change course after you winter stout on arrival!

Our full drinks menu of local beer, wine, spirits and cocktails is also available, as well as options to have instead of steak. Our chefs will be happy to meet all dietaries :-)
