Captain Melville has built itself to be not only a craft beer bar, but a cocktail bar. So there’s no surprise we’ll be mashing those elements together during Pint of Origin to bring you carefully crafted cocktails featuring beer and distilled products from some of our favourite producers around Australia! All featured spirits and beers will be available to purchase individually, as boilermakers or shaken into one of our delicious cocktails.

Molly Rose Tap Takeover
We’re launching a gin, and we knew Molly Rose was just the place to make it for us! Molly Rose will be taking over a select number of taps while we spend the day pouring up riffs on a French 75, Death in the Afternoon, Sazerac, Corpse Reviver No. 2 and a house made cocktail, starring unique pastis, gin and other liqueurs from Molly Rose.

Old Fashioned 101
Various riffs on a classic Old Fashioned, built to showcase the unique flavours of local whiskeys and craft beers turned into syrups. Taking unique beverages and fusing them together to create unexpected flavours and delicious pairings.
Tuesday May 13
Bridge Road Tap Takeover
Not only will Bridge Road Brewery be taking over a select number of taps, but we’ll be featuring spirits from their collabs with Corowa Distillery and Beechworth Bitters. Join us as we sling riffs on a Sidecar, Boulevardier, Manhattan, have a custom Bridge Road Boilermaker on tap and new house cocktail, all featuring Bridge Road beer.

Boatrocker Tap Takeover
Join us as Boatrocker shakes up our tap offerings with select dedicated Boatrocker taps, classic cocktail riffs or our house crafted cocktail, featuring Boatrocker beers in every beverage. Let us show you how perfectly beer mixes with cocktails in our riffs on an Aperol Spritz, Charlie Chaplin, Clover Club, and Old Cuban.
